Bangkok Markets

The markets were of course, my favorite part of Bangkok.  This was an amazing day... and I feel so invigorated just looking through the photos. I could have wandered around endlessly. Everything was so saturated with color and texture. The women on the boats at the floating markets were so beautiful, wearing bright clothing, their skin deeply tanned after many years in the sun. I wish I'd been able to communicate with them more easily, I bet they have the most interesting stories.

We passed a sea salt farm on the way to the markets. It was early morning, and the thick haze diffused the sunrise so beautifully.

The (above, left) shot with the woman in the blue pants and her fish is a favorite. I am wondering how it would translate to a print...
