i am always on the hunt for good snacks. just simple little things that i can put together that are healthy + delicious. i recently discovered the wonders of greek yogurt. how is it possible that something so wonderful and creamy can be so good for you?
one of my favorites (seen above) is plain yogurt, with a dallop of peach compote (jam, whatever) and a few blueberries. this time of year, it is so cool and refreshing... and can put hunger at bay for a little while.
another option you must try if you are an apples + peanut butter fan:
plain greek yogurt with a tablespoon (or more, depending on your preference) of peanut butter. add a sprinkle of cinnamon and a bit of honey and you've got yourself a great dip for those apples! more delicious (in my opinion) and better for you than just peanut butter.
