crossing off

dried figs + chevre
we are about one third of the way through fall and i feel as though i've made good progress so far. there are many things that i want to get done before the holiday season is quickly upon us. i have experimented with dried figs and chevre... thanks to some wonderful reader advice, chosen a bridesmaid dress (with rave reviews), planned a december trip to new york, started designing and ordering supplies for our save-the-dates, baked a few seasonal recipes, and created a mental "right now" inspiration board. there is still much to do, but plugging along certainly feels good. and insures that i enjoy every minute of this bountiful season.

looking forward to a weekend with no plans... and hoping to include homemade dinners, rented movies, long walks, and pumpkin waffles.
